July 20, 2013 – Elmwood & Mt. Elliott Cemetery Tours

ELMWOOD   &   MT.  ELLIOTT CEMETERIES  TOUR-
July 20- (9:30-4:00)
$25 includes lunch & tour at Capuchins!!!!

Mt. Elliott is the oldest Cemetery in Detroit (1841) and Elmwood is the second oldest (1847). We will meet at 9:20 at the Elmwood Office and then
walk the most beautiful of all of Detroit’s Cemeteries.* We then drive to the Capuchin Monastery where we will enjoy lunch and then a tour of the Monastery. We then walk to Mt. Elliott and visit many historical figures in  Detroit History. The day should be over at 4:00. I suggest you car pool for this tour with some of your friends. The reason for not having a bus is to make the tour less expensive for you. The same procedure will occur for the July 25 and August 29 tour.
